  The first time I came here, I was very impressed with my nails. They looked great. However, this last time was pretty bad. The guy doing my nails did not understand what I wanted. When I explained what i wanted, he said that it would look terrible (even though it was the same style i had them do before). I had to continually stop him and explain to him what I wanted and didn't want. Overall, my nails came out looking like claws and one finger hurts because I'm pretty sure he used the wrong size nail.
  
  Basically, It all depends on who you get to do your nails. I would suggest not to go to him and if need be wait for someone to finish with their client. He was an older man with black hair. Not sure if this will help or not.
